Auguria Terms of Use

For reflection and entertainment

Auguria composes palm, tarot and coffee cup readings for reflection and entertainment. A reading is a mirror for your own thinking, not a prediction, and it is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. The decisions you make after a reading are yours. If something in your life needs professional help, please seek it.

The optional subscription, in plain words

Your first readings each week and the card of the day are free. The full Auguria, with unlimited readings and every spread, is available as an auto-renewing subscription billed monthly or annually, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. The monthly plan may begin with a free trial for new subscribers.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel it at any time in your App Store subscription settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy. Prices are shown in the app before any purchase.

Using Auguria fairly

Photograph your own hand or cup, or another person's only with their clear permission. Draw for a friend as a gift, not as a judgement about them. Do not attempt to overload, reverse-engineer or resell the reading service.

The reading service

Readings are composed by an online service and need an internet connection. The service may be unavailable at times, and the number of free readings per week, the spreads and the reader voices may change as Auguria evolves.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, its artwork and its content are owned by the developer and licensed, not sold, to you under Apple's standard licence terms (Apple Standard EULA). The text of a reading is yours to keep and share.

Warranty and liability

Auguria is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the same extent, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app or from decisions taken after a reading.

Changes

These terms may be updated; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
